To secure safety of train operation at railway station, it is necessary to control railway signals by reading the condition of point machines. Therefore, it is required to have interactive logical device between railway signals and point machines. The electronic interlocking system is used to organize these interactive logics, and consisted of fail-safe computer device.

　Automatic Train Control System collects train information such as train position and situation, and automatically judge the allowing speed for the train and send it from the ground system to the on-board system to control the train operation under the limited speed.

　Traffic Control system is to support punctual train operation according to the diagram. The system automatically and comprehensively controls all train operation in a certain area, thus in case the operation is out of order, it is able to fix all operation immediately. Moreover, it is also able to promptly inform passengers the operation condition through broadcasting system and display.

　Monitoring Device shows conditions of railway equipments through the sensors, and automatically pick and send the information to the control center. As the sensors are able to timely catch the voltage and current value of electric devices, it is easy to watch conditions of each device at the control center.

　In case the train driver is missing the stop signaling indication, or speeding against the limited speed, ATS system activates the train brake to prevent from crash and derailment.

　There are many protection equipments used to support safe operation of railway level crossings. These equipments are including level-crossing-alarms, barrier-machines, train-detectors, crossing-obstructing-detector which detects vehicles stopping inside the level crossing. Furthermore, Daido Signal is developing next-generation device that is reliable under downpours and heavy snowfalls.

　Signals are used for aspect of traffic control, and there are color-light-signal and position-light-signal. The former one gives aspect by combining green, orange-yellow and red lamps.
